Make your own basil oil with this super easy recipe. Try it drizzled over your favourite pizza.
Basil Oil by Lakeland
Ingredients:
- large bunch of basil leaves
- peeled clove of garlic
- salt & pepper
- extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Put the basil leaves and garlic into a food processor with a good pinch of salt and pepper and with the motor running, slowly drizzle the olive oil through the funnel until you have a lovely green puree.
- Pour into a jar, cover and store in the fridge.
